I downloaded from FB based on the half size option ad, and I was pleased to see that the intro screens claim to include larger/plus size. Once inside the app, the bras only go up to band size 40. So you cater to extremely large breasts, but not large bands. Read: not plus size friendly in the slightest. You have access to an amazing market of plus size women (the majority of women) and you chose not to provide for them. Additionally, the models are identical and all sample size, which doesnt make sense at all for what youre selling. Bad business as well as company ethos. Wont be coming back.

Received my very first Thirdlove bra in the mail a few days ago, but didnt wear it until yesterday. I love it so much I just ordered the strappy 24/7. I used to think Victoria Secret was were it was at, but boy was I wrong. I really love this bra, in fact half way thru the day I had forgotten I had it on!!

I was sized via the third love app, and surprisingly the bra arrived just days later and fit perfectly!! I wear a 34DDD in Victorias Secret bras, although there is still some spill over, and their solution of going up to a 36DDD or even 36DD does not work for me--way to big under my arms and side. Third Love sized me in a 34F, and it literally is like second (or 3rd) skin!! Fits and feels amazing and looks incredible even under fitted tees. I cant wait to order more!!!

I like the sizing on the app. Havent gotten the bras yet. The app is amazing though.

Really. The app will do it. Using perfectly clear audio directions, and your smart phones camera, you can be fitted. And its spot on. I used it, ordered the size suggested and when it arrived, the bra fit perfectly. Very cool, intuitive, elegantly designed app.

Asked a question. Got a response some number of days later. No adjustments could be made to my order by the time they replied as the order was already shipped and delivered. Asked for a return label. Been 6 days and I havent heard back yet...... Was also charged $3 by the app for what looks like the sizing exercise. Dont remember agreeing to this charge. Asked about it - agin, havent heard back. Going back to purchasing bras at half the cost through Zappos, which has EXCELLENT service. At this point just want to return the ideal, not to loose much on shipping, and be done with it.

Warning, these folks only ship to US addresses. Also the app calculated a bra size that, based on my experience with recent bra shopping, would have been uncomfortably small, 3" smaller than the bra I ended up purchasing locally.

Only carry up to a D, nothing past a 40. Camera sizing is fussy and returned repeated "invalid" messages. Ill stick with real lingerie shops, thanks.

Great app, easy to use, accurate descriptions of merchandise. Was very pleased with my purchases!

But app keeps crashing on launch.

I was excited when I saw this app on Facebook but I couldnt get into the actual size test because it kept crashing. Pretty disappointing.

Same as the other reviews. Id love to try it, but whenever you try to access the sizing feature the app just crashes.

Volume button doesnt work to take side photo and when I get past that to calculating my size it crashes.

It asks for your size, which I lied about saying I was a lot smaller than I am and it gave me that same size

What a surprise, they dont have my size. But dont worry, if you wear one of those extremely mainstream sizes that already come in every color and style across the universe, feel free to come here and find more of the same!

The fit option in this app is magical. I have been buying the wrong size bra my whole life! I just received my new third love bra and its amazing. I had no idea that bras could be comfortable! The app is very easy to use and I like that I can sort out by my size so I dont fall in love with one they dont have in my size. Thank you, Third Love! The GWF ladies were right!

iPhone 6s+ with latest iOS - app quits upon clicking the "get size" option. Also a huge waste of time for anyone whos band size is "plus" - app only measures up to a 42" under bust.
