Terrible customer service

Asked a question. Got a response some number of days later. No adjustments could be made to my order by the time they replied as the order was already shipped and delivered. Asked for a return label. Been 6 days and I havent heard back yet...... Was also charged $3 by the app for what looks like the sizing exercise. Dont remember agreeing to this charge. Asked about it - agin, havent heard back. Going back to purchasing bras at half the cost through Zappos, which has EXCELLENT service.

At this point just want to return the ideal, not to loose much on shipping, and be done with it.
